BJ Just Turned Five
Well, my big brother just hit the "Get out of daycare and go to a real school" milestone. He turned the big 5 and we just celebrated his birthday with a trip to Alley Cats Bowling Center. We had a blast. BJ bowls pretty well for his age averaging about a 105 with bumpers and 64 without. Many of his friends came out to celebrate and eat up all the pizza and cake. He told me thank everyone that came to party with him and he looks forward to doing it all again next year. He already has his gift list ready. At the end of the month, it will be my turn to celebrate. On the 30th of May I will finally turn one. I've been waiting a whole year for this day. I CAN'T WAIT!

Hey Momma...I'm Hungry and On The Move
Wow! Can you believe it? It has been 10 months already since the world had to start dealing with me. I've grown so much, along with Paris and BJ. You can check out our last vacation a couple of weeks ago by clicking on my picture to the right. So, let's see... what has been happening since the last time I spoke with you good people. Well... I'm talking as you may have figured out when you pushed play on the above picture. Ok, Ok, I'm not talking that well, but check out this video
Pretty good huh? Let me see... BJ's birthday is coming up and I get to move upstairs with him... We're getting bunk beds... yeah baby! Daddy and Mommy will probably move upstairs with me until I get used to sleeping wildly by myself. It shouldn't take long because I love being with my Big Brother. You know he starts Kindergarten next school year. I know! Five already! Well, I figured I need to get myself moving in order to keep up with him, so I thought I would teach myself to walk... check me out.
Now, I'm ready for football... BJ is playing this year, so I have to get ready. Anyway, My daddy is ready to get back on his laptop. He has so much work to do for his graduate classes. He hardly ever has time to play. But he told me to tell you all wassssssssuuuuuuuppppppp! I'll catch up with you all later, probably with updates on BJ's birthday bash and the itinerary for my Big 1st Birthday Party! Woohoo!

Eating On The Run

I know it has been a while since I have had a chance to submit a blog entry, but my daddy has been hogging all the computers in the house for his graduate work. Well, much has happened since the last time I had the chance to speak. So, I guess I'm a little more active since then...
I can move pretty quickly now as I've completely given up the army crawl. Now, I'm working on the standing thing. I pull up on everything allowed and I practice moving around. I'm very good at falling, which is cool, because every time I hit the ground, I locate something I can put in my mouth. I'm not eating much table food, but nothing can beat the soggy taste of newspaper and cable chords.
Daddy's headphone chords make perfect dental floss for my two teeth that I'm sharpening.I also just started liking french fries. My favorite are steak fries, I love to smash them in my hands and in my hair. Other than Fries and Cheerios, I don't eat much else. My mommy and daddy try to give me stuff, but nothing beats a smooth tall glass/bottle for Enfamil... mmmm!
Well, that all I have for now, I promise to get back with you sooner the next time. PEACE!!!

Yes, it runs in the blood... I love technology. My daddy has me started already. You already new he has me blogging, but now he has me doing movies and podcasting. I don't mind however... I like the lights and noises.
However, this particular blog entry is to invite you to my being given back to the church. In the spirit of 1 Samuel chapter 1, my parents realize that they have been blessed to watch over me, but I belong to the Lord. So, in public demonstration, they will present me before the church to have the church pray and watch over us as I grow; keeping me protected by the everlasting hedges of God. I invite you to come stand with us on Sunday, January 25 at 10:50 a.m. (Second Service) It would be an honor if you would share in this moment with us and aid my parents as spiritual influences in my life. The world is a crazy place and I need as much accountability as available.
Thanks and God Bless!

All I got for Christmas Was My Two Front Teeth!
Guess who's cutting teeth, well I guess those that encountered my drool knew it was me. The first popped through on Sunday, and the second made it's way through the gums on Wednesday. My daddy tried to take a picture, but I kept grabbing the camera. He says, he'll get me later.
In the mean time I just wanted to let the world know I truly enjoyed my first Christmas ever. I have never tasted paper so good. It came in all shapes and colors too. I was so excited that I nearly opened everybody's gift for them. Mommy needs to be putting that stuff on the choo choo train spoon rather that green and orange stuff... well I think that is what the colors are.
I enjoyed meeting my whole family for the first time. I was the star of the show. I was held by everybody, fed by everybody, rocked by everybody, but as I was passed from person to person I found my favorite spot... Papa's belly. Never felt anything softer. Amazing... my mommy and daddy spent all that money on their new mattress when all they had to do was borrow Papa's belly. I'm sure he would not have minded.

Feed Me...
I'm just a little hungry... I don't seem to take my food too well from the spoon, regardless of what the pictures tell you, but I'll chug a bottle down in seconds. I don't know why people complain... look at me, I'm already trying to crawl, well, I can get up on all fours, but I'd rather do it military style and scoot to the stairs. Nothing like good ole' carpet burn. I made the discovery however, that if I can scoot off of the area rug, I can slide better on the hardwood floors. Since the last time I put up a post many things have changed. I battled through a bout with RSV, mommy had the hardest , but I am still pulling through like a champ. I am still taking my puffer twice a day, but I'm slowly being weened off of the medication. However, I think the drugs have boosted my adrenaline levels because I attempted to pull of on the ottoman and stand up. Don't believe me...well, check this out!

Who invented socks? I don't know but I would like to have a word with them! I have fallen in love with my feet, and mommy keeps trying to cover them up with... socks! You lose all the flavor of the big toe when it's covered up with cotton. I'm telling you, there is nothing like grabbing your feet the first thing in the morning and popping it right into your mouth... mm mm good!
I am going to try out for the Yankees next week. I'm a righty so far, but I can throw anything off of my high chair clear across the room and hit my brother, BJ, square in the middle of his forehead consistently. I can also try out for the Olympic Boxing team... just ask my sister, Paris, I try to knock her out all the time. I'm getting good workouts in my excersaucer. I bounce all day, or at least until I have knocked all the toys off of it.
Well, that is all for now, I'm gearing up for meeting my family members that have never had the privilege of meeting me in person. They may have heard me babble over the phone, or even drool over it, but wait until they get a load of me.
Blog you later!

Sitting On Top of The World... At least in my High chair
Yes, I'm sitting up already. I'm pretty good at it too. My mommy has me sitting up in my chair to eat, but I go boneless when she tries to feed me sweet potatoes. I don't know they call them sweet when they don't have any sugar in them. Well, because she keeps trying to force me to eat them, I developed the "chicken little" face. See...

Well, I'm getting ready for the holidays where I get to meet the rest of my daddy's family for the first time. I know they will be trying to pick me up so I'm trying to learn to crawl and get ready for the chase, but I keep slipping on all the drool that keeps coming from my mouth. My mommy says I'm teething, I say I'm salivating over that steak I saw her eating the other day; and she had the nerve to try to feed me some nasty cereal that she had the audacity to attempt to sneak them nasty sweet potatoes in. I keep saying, "look at the face mommy, look at the face!" My mommy is also trying to make me become a Texans, but my daddy's not havin' that, but he took the pictures anyway.
That's about all I have for today. I'll check back in with you all later, especially as we get ready for Paris' Baptism and my Baby Dedication at church. I'll keep you posted.
